Q. Do you cater for corporations only?

No – we are a business caterer for businesses, regardless of the type. Whether you’re a corporation, non-profit or LLC, we’d be happy to help you feed your “work family” – we just don’t feed the family you have at home.

Q. What is the minimum order size?

We ask that all orders are a minimum of $75. There is no specifics on which items you need to order (unless otherwise stated on the menu,) so feel free to take stock on dessert, drinks and even some appetizers. Depending on your location, there may be a delivery charge – although you are always welcome to pick up the order too.

Q. What payments do you accept?

We take the usual credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as corporate checks.

Q. How far in advance should I order?

Just Corporate Catering understands that sometimes meetings pop up out of nowhere, which is why we’re proud to say we are flexible with our deadlines. Depending on the size of the order, date of the order and time of day, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to guarantee service. As a rule, we ask that all orders be placed at 5pm the night before the event.

Q. How far in advance can I place an order?

You can place an order any time you want for a function that’s in the future. If your function falls on a holiday, you definitely want to get your order in as early as possible. Don’t worry. You can always adjust the number of guests later as the date nears.

Q. If I ordered online or have a question about my order, who can I call?

We are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Call us at (918) 401-0171 and one of our representatives will be happy to answer any questions you have about your order.

Q. When should I look for my order to arrive?

Upon placing your order we will confirm the start time of your event. We understand that prompt delivery is important which is why we will give you an approximate delivery time at that time. Generally, the orders are delivered about 20-30 minutes prior to the event’s start.

Q. How do I know my order has been received?

If you ordered online, you will receive an email acknowledgement summarizing your order. Please make sure it’s correct, including the delivery date and time. All voicemail orders will be documented, however, it is wise to phone in at (918) 401-0171 and confirm the order is correct.

Q. Where do you deliver?

The easiest way to answer this question is entering your zip code into the online ordering system or calling the toll free phone number. As a rule, we will deliver 45 miles for breakfast service and 60 miles for lunch services – although some areas are unable to be served within these targets.

Q. What is your policy on last-minute orders?

It depends. We will always make every effort to accommodate your needs for corporate catering, even last-minute orders. If you were hoping for service, please call us as soon as possible for the best chance of using our catering service. Please understand depending on our orders for that day, we may not be able to fill your request.

Q. How is the food served? Do you take care of set-up?

We understand that presentation is everything when it comes to a delicious meal, which is why our highly trained staff will set everything up for you. We are able to do buffet style or set up boxed meals, the choice is yours. We allow you to enjoy the meal by taking care of the rest.

Q How do I pick up an order?

If you’d rather pick up your order, you can come directly to our kitchen facility. Just let us know what time you’d like to pick your order up and we’ll have it all ready for you. Because your order is prepaid, you don’t even have to wait for a payment to be processed. You’re in and out in a flash.

Q. What is the deadline for guest count changes or cancellations?

You can change your guest counts or cancel your order any time up until 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Q. Can you accommodate special dietary requests or create vegetarian options?

We understand that some people have unique dietary needs or restrictions. As such, we will make every effort possible to accommodate these needs. Just remember to let us know any special requests when you place your order. We’re here to please.
